After this appointment, we conduct thorough research on the market value and prices in the area, and then we draw up a interactive sales proposal. You’ll receive this within a few days of our visit.

Together, we’ll create a online sales dossier. In it, we collect all relevant information about your house and from the Homeowners’ Association (VvE), if relevant. A few days before the transfer date , you will receive a draft of the deed from the notary. This deed transforms the buyer into the new owner of your house. You also receive the accompanying final invoice, which specifies all amounts that you will receive and must pay. We check these documents and read them through together with you before you sign them. After the final inspection of the house, we accompany you to the notary for the transfer and the official key handover.
