Makelaar Bert is Amsterdam’s no-nonsense estate agency, where your satisfaction is most important. Nobody needs a smooth talker. Certainly not when you want to buy or sell a home in or near the capital city. What you really need is an estate agent who listens, truly represents your interests and is easy to reach. Someone who is accessible and completely on your side.

So, we don’t have an expensive office, chic custom-made suits or company cars. Those things only increase prices. We prefer to cycle to work and avoid traffic jams. Our network is extensive, and we are good friends with our colleagues in the estate agent sector. At the same time, we aim to outperform them all. Our service is personal, contact is direct, and we take all the time we need to discuss your wishes and requirements with you. For example, when it comes to viewings or complicated notarial documents. Because buying or selling a house is a big step.

Clearly, this approach works. We were proclaimed the best estate agency in North Holland (by the independent comparison website wieisdebestemakelaar.nl) in 2014, one year after we were founded.
