What is my home worth?

The value of your property depends on several factors, such as:

• recent sale prices of comparable homes in the area,
• the condition and quality of finishing,
• living space, outdoor area, energy label, location, and view,
• the leasehold situation and the overall health of the homeowners’ association (VvE).

You’ll find plenty of free online valuation tools, but we don’t believe in those.
A proper valuation involves much more than public data from past sales.

Our team not only has the numbers and market knowledge, but also many years of experience. After visiting a property, we can provide a truly well-founded valuation.
