22. Suppose that I decide to stop searching for or selling a house. Will I be charged brokerage fees?

When it comes to the purchase of homes, we work on a completely no cure, no pay basis. This means that you owe us nothing if you decide to rescind the assignment.

If you decide not to sell, you only pay the presentation costs (photos, video, floor plan and the registration on Funda). Our suppliers charge these costs to us, and we pass them on to our clients. Most real estate agents also charge withdrawal fees, because they have usually spent time and incurred expenses (viewings, etc.). We find it important that our clients feel free in their choice of real estate agent. This is why you can dismiss our service free of charge as long as we have not sold your house. Fortunately, this rarely happens.
