12. How much must I outbid?

In the current Amsterdam housing market, outbidding is often the only way to have a chance. But whether you should outbid – and how much – depends entirely on the house and the sales strategy. It is therefore impossible to provide a clear answer to this question. We evaluate how much each house is worth and give you a good indication of a successful offer. Submitting the highest offer is easy, but submitting a good offer is less so. Anyone can pay too much. But just like you, we don’t want you to be left with debts when you sell your home again at some point in the future.
