Oosterparkbuurt is centred around – you guessed it – Oosterpark. This beloved city park was renovated in 2015 and is popular among people of all ages. There is a playground, plenty of grass, and ample space for sports and relaxation. In the summer, the park comes alive even more with various events. Think of the Keti Koti Festival on July 1st, when we celebrate the abolition of slavery.
