We had an excellent experience working with Bas Smit. It’s actually not the first time we work with him. We used them for the purchasing of a house and also renting. Communication was really good, he responded to our questions by email/phone very quickly, and also explained the steps clearly, he is very experienced and works with team that is also very responsive and experienced. Really good experience overall! We are an expat couple living in the Netherlands for 3 years already.
